That’s why we offer a wide range of benefits, from financial bonuses and health programs to flexible working models.

Health

The health and well-being of our employees are particularly important to us. With a comprehensive occupational health management program, we support the creation of a healthy lifestyle and work environment.

In addition to medical check-ups and flu vaccinations provided by our company doctor, we offer regular back exercises, daily ergonomic balance and gymnastics exercises (EBG), and an anonymous contact point for psychological support.

Work-Life-Balance / Flexible Working

In our administrative departments, employees benefit from a flexitime model that allows flexible working hours. We also offer various part-time options, enabling better work-life balance, especially for family commitments. Depending on the role and responsibilities, we provide the option for remote working.

In our production area, we offer numerous days off per year through planned company breaks, typically during Easter, Pentecost, and the end-of-year holidays.

Additionally, we provide extra days off for all employees, such as for moving, weddings, or the birth of a child.

During the summer holidays, we offer educational childcare on our company premises.

Additional leave for length of service

We are very proud of the fact that many of our employees work for us for many years, some of them their entire professional life. And some of them are happy to come back to us after a stopover with other employers.

Compensation, Bonuses, Paid Leave

In addition to our performance-based pay, our employees benefit from company bonuses in the form of additional Christmas and vacation pay. Furthermore, in addition to 30 days of annual leave and extra loyalty vacation, we offer two additional paid days off each year on December 24th and 31st.

Subsidies and Additional Benefits

In addition to employee gifts upon joining, for milestone birthdays, or anniversaries, we offer numerous additional benefits, such as a travel cost subsidy, discounted rates on products from our factory outlet, participation in the "Job-Rad" program, and asset-building savings schemes. We also subsidize meals in our in-house VS-Casino and contribute to company pension plans.

At VS, we stand together. We also strengthen this sense of community outside of work. Our employees come together at regular VS events, such as Christmas parties, shared dinners, or trips. We are also proud of our VS music band, the VS bikers, and the VS church services, all of which are organized by employees.

We also support our staff in participating in regional sports events as a team, such as football and volleyball tournaments or various running competitions.

Additionally, we offer support for childcare. Through our holiday care program, we not only assist our employees but also provide the youngest members of the VS family with an exciting and varied glimpse into the company.
