The health and well-being of our employees are particularly important to us. With a comprehensive occupational health management program, we support the creation of a healthy lifestyle and work environment.
In addition to medical check-ups and flu vaccinations provided by our company doctor, we offer regular back exercises, daily ergonomic balance and gymnastics exercises (EBG), and an anonymous contact point for psychological support.

Work-Life-Balance / Flexible Working
In our administrative departments, employees benefit from a flexitime model that allows flexible working hours. We also offer various part-time options, enabling better work-life balance, especially for family commitments. Depending on the role and responsibilities, we provide the option for remote working.
In our production area, we offer numerous days off per year through planned company breaks, typically during Easter, Pentecost, and the end-of-year holidays.
Additionally, we provide extra days off for all employees, such as for moving, weddings, or the birth of a child.
During the summer holidays, we offer educational childcare on our company premises.

Additional leave for length of service
We are very proud of the fact that many of our employees work for us for many years, some of them their entire professional life. And some of them are happy to come back to us after a stopover with other employers.
