With the subsequent needs analysis, we ensure that you receive the solutions that effectively support your goals. In the media consultation and media concepts step, we create specific strategies aimed at optimising your media channels. Finally, we are happy to provide you with samples for testing.

Training and professional development

Our certified and experienced trainers help your teachers and administrative staff become proficient in the use of interactive media. We offer various training modules, ranging from short workshops to comprehensive training sessions, as well as multiplier training programmes and self-study courses.

Hotline and support

Our technical hotline is the central point of contact for all customer inquiries related to our delivered products and services. Our trained staff are here to assist you in answering questions and efficiently resolving technical issues via phone, email, or remote support. The complaint process is designed to address your service requests quickly and effectively. We are also pleased to offer you a real-time network monitoring service and ongoing configuration adjustments. A comprehensive security concept is also part of our services.

Planning and operation of IT infrastructure

We help you assess the current state of your IT infrastructure, develop and implement suitable solutions based on that assessment, and improve the performance and security of your systems. This includes WLAN assessment, network planning, installation and implementation of IT infrastructure, setting up networks and WLAN, as well as server management.

Mentoring and quality assurance

We ensure that your products arrive fully functional and ready for use. We keep your systems up to date by implementing software and firmware updates. Through professional data backup solutions, your data is regularly secured. For all measures, we create documentation that is crucial for the operation of your networks and servers. We thoroughly analyze complaints to identify the causes and find sustainable solutions.

Project management

For comprehensive renovation and installation measures, our service as a general contractor is at your disposal. We take on the central coordination and responsibility for all trades. With our general contracting services, you benefit from efficient and seamless project execution with just one point of contact. If desired, we can also coordinate and commission suitable external electricians or partner companies. Naturally, each individual trade, such as electrical work, can also be commissioned directly by the customer.

Special qualifications of VS fitters

The VS assembly teams' specialists are carpenters, fitters or event technicians. They are supported throughout Germany by nine installation companies and more than 50 fitters. The company-wide certification of the installation partners ensures that all companies and fitters involved comply with VS's high quality and safety standards.

Our fitters also have the following additional personal qualifications:

VS-certified fastening technician (ZBT): this qualification is particularly important in the area relevant to building regulations.
VS-certified asbestos technician: This certification is necessary to carry out expert asbestos removal work.
Project management: These certificates confirm expertise in specific project management methods and serve as official proof of professional competence.
IT risk management: This certification attests to our employees' expertise in the identification and management of IT risks.
Promethean Certified Trainer: A Promethean Certified Trainer is a person who has received special certification from Promethean and is therefore qualified to train others in the use of Promethean technologies. This certification ensures that the trainer has an in-depth understanding of Promethean tools and is able to effectively integrate them into the classroom.
Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA): This entry-level certification for IT professionals validates they have the knowledge and skills required to manage and troubleshoot Microsoft technologies.
Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE): This certification is designed for IT professionals who have in-depth knowledge and skills in a specific area of Microsoft technology. The MCSE certification demonstrates expertise in managing and designing systems and solutions using Microsoft technologies.

Our company is also

qualified school network reseller of paedML® Windows. The qualification includes an intensive certification course that teaches all aspects of the network management solution - from design and server setup to installation - as well as detailed knowledge of the special functions of paedML® Windows.
