Today, companies are faced with the challenge of designing office and knowledge workspaces for the future - in such a way that the organisation of work is adapted to the current living environment and the forms of work and learning of tomorrow.

New paths – but which ones?

Digitisation is changing work in every company, but the starting positions and requirements are different in every company. Measures and concepts for new working rooms are therefore individual. Depending on the sector, company, company culture, the activities, the employees and many other factors we will develop the rights solutions for you and with you. Comprehensive restructuring or successive adaptations are also possible routes.

Why should you implement New Work concepts?

Nowadays, tasks are often no longer processed sequentially, but jointly. The working day is often made up of different activities and is with a great deal of networking with other parties. Individual work still has high standing, but overall communicative and collaborative activities take up more than half of the time. The right space offering has to be created for this variety and mix of activities. However, depending on the company and task, the mix of activities differs.

Digitalisation is increasingly changing our understanding of work, forms of work and therefore also office design. New Work is no longer a buzzword, but has arrived in everyday office life in many places.

Where does New Work start?

In addition to the open-plan working areas, which have more or less structure depending on the type of cooperation and frequency of communication, there are enclosed units for undisturbed working (thinking cells, retreat rooms) and for formal and informal meetings as well as a place for encounters (“market square”) for a relaxed chat or relaxation, but also a place to work.

The multi-space office is complemented by the home office, which will continue to be important in the future as a result of the many positive experiences during the coronavirus situation.

Our approach: How we implement your ideas together

Our approach is based on 3 individual elements that are combined individually and laid down in discussions with you as the client, where they are matched to the project conditions.

How we work: How we support you in your project

Mobile and “virtual” working are the core of modern forms of work. As an advisor for modern working environments and network of independent designers, we ourselves are used to working from a variety of locations and using virtual media. Depending on the customer wishes and requirements, we can process the components offered in physical on-site meetings or by using collaboration software.
