For us, product responsibility starts with the first thoughts we have about a new product. And everything carries on from there: purchasing raw materials, manufacture, complying with quality and emission standards, delivery, assembly and service. Right up to a return and recycling concept for worn-out furniture.
We manufacture only in Tauberbischofsheim, in the north of Baden-Württemberg. Working and processing of wood materials and steel tubing and the assembly of our products are our core skills that we never want to lose.
We assure that our products will enjoy a long life. We provide a five-year guarantee for all our own products (with the exception of merchandise and IT solutions). If you need to replace a component beyond this, individual wearing parts and assembly instructions can be obtained through our Spare Parts Service. Our Customer Services will be happy to deliver larger and especially safety-critical components to your site.
