It’s quite possible that your first encounter with VS happened back then. For over 125 years, we’ve been known for school furniture that supports young people without limiting them. As a multi-award-winning company, VS is now Germany's leading school furniture manufacturer and is globally represented with around 1,700 employees. Our range also includes office furniture systems and collections from our design partners.

In doing so, we don’t just design and build furniture; we have always taken a holistic view of the living and learning environments of both children and adults. That’s why our network of employees and planning offices is ready to support every project from start to finish.

Apprenticeship or dual study? The choice is yours! At VS, we offer training in eight professions and seven dual degree programmes, both in business and technical fields. Our goal is to not only provide you with the best possible support during your training, but also to keep you as a long-term member of our team.

At Home in the Tauber Valley – Present Worldwide

For over 100 years, our headquarters and sole production site have been located in Tauberbischofsheim, in the Franconian-influenced northeast of Baden-Württemberg. Here, along the Romantic Road, we produce high-quality furniture in seven factories, using cutting-edge machinery and a high level of in-house manufacturing. And this will remain the case. We are committed to our home region, ensuring long-term job security and taking responsibility for the community.

In addition to our main site, we have sales offices in Berlin, Munich, and Dortmund. Internationally, we are also represented with subsidiaries in the USA, France, and Australia/Southeast Asia, as well as through a joint venture in the United Arab Emirates and in partnership with distributors worldwide.
