The training follows a dual system. In the first year, in addition to attending vocational school weekly (Kaufmännische Schule Bad Mergentheim), you will work in departments such as human resources, sales, and finance, handling tasks like personnel selection, preparing customer quotes, and booking and monitoring business transactions.

What to expect during your training:

• You will learn how to perform commercial tasks professionally in both national and international settings.

• You will gain insight into various business areas such as purchasing, finance, human resources, sales, and marketing.

• Throughout your training, you will actively participate, assisting with tasks like preparing offers, procuring materials, handling HR processes, and booking and monitoring business transactions.

• You will also choose an additional foreign language, such as French or Spanish, for business application.

• By the start of your training, you have successfully completed your technical college entrance qualification (Fachhochschulreife) or high school diploma (Abitur).

• You have an interest in business administration and enjoy working with people.

• You have good manners and are communicative.

• You present yourself confidently, are resilient, and work well in a team.

• Additionally, you are punctual and reliable.

• You have basic knowledge of MS Office.

• You are eager to learn new foreign languages.
