Creating values, guaranteeing values. We have always been committed to sustainable economic activity. For us, this means always acting responsibly towards people, the environment and society and marketing outstanding products under economically sensible conditions. Because we are certain: Success is only possible through responsibility.

Acting independently.
As a family-run, mid-sized business, we are and will remain independent in our economic activities and free to make our own decisions. We have a consistent, overarching philosophy framed within the long-term context.

Long-term planning.
We place great value on securing our employees' jobs, maintaining our core competences at our German headquarters and growing at a sensible rate. For us, forward planning is more important than short-term profits.

Sustainable investment.
We regularly invest in optimizations to our system technology. This helps us preserve natural resources, manufacture high-quality, durable products and set new standards in our sector.

Consistent, all-round action.
By monitoring our processes in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 (quality management), 14001 (environmental management) and 50001 (energy management), we can guarantee the consistent high quality, reliability and safety of our products and working procedures, while meeting our aims in terms of climatic and environmental protection.

Creating transparency.
As a voluntary member of the United Nation's Global Compact, we are actively committed to enhancing sustainability and fighting corruption. Every year, we publish a report on sustainability in accordance with the guidelines of the UN Global Compact. This is the so-called Communication on Progress.

Imposing responsibility on suppliers.
We expect the companies that supply us to provide more than just quality and reliability. By signing our supplier guidelines, they undertake to respect the principles of the Global Compact
