To get paint onto our metal frames, we need powder - 30 kg per hour, for 15,000 parts per day. We reuse 97 % of the overspray.

Welding robots
There are 10 welding robots in use in our factories. They produce more than 400 chairs and 220 tables shift by shift. Every single one!

Whether round, oval or square - we use around 5,063 million kilometres of steel pipe every year. This corresponds to the distance from Paris to Montreal as the crow flies.
