Skid tables have been proving themselves in schools for many years. Due to their construction, they are extremely stable. In the case of the Step tables, they provide more legroom thanks to the C-shaped frame. It is easier for the children can sit down, stand up and turn round. Another advantage: the frame enables the use of a divided tabletop. That makes ergonomic sense.
The height of these pupils’ desks can be adjusted from size 2 to 7 and they are available as single-seaters or two-seaters. The LIGNOdur top is upcycled: It is made of residues and chips from solid wood processing and then compressed under extremely high pressure using a method patented by us and it is highly resistant. The top has a decorative coating on one side.
Step-III
This skid table is available in 6 fixed heights as a single-seater or two-seater. The LIGNOpal top is divided so that the front section can be tilted. The attached rail keeps books in place. They have melamine resin or decorative coatings on both sides and meet the requirements for DIN EN 312.
